1. Painting Price
The price of each painting listed on this website is available upon request. Buyers may contact us through our email address or the Contact Us page to inquire about the price of a particular painting.
2. Payment
If the buyer decides to purchase a painting, payment instructions will be provided, including the applicable bank account details.
100% of the agreed purchase price must be paid in advance before the painting can be processed for delivery.
Payment may also be made by Cheque or Demand Draft. In such cases, the order will be processed only after the cheque or Demand Draft has been successfully cleared.
3. Delivery
After the payment has been successfully processed, the painting will normally be dispatched within one week to the delivery address provided by the buyer.
The buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact information.
4. Packaging and Shipping
Paintings will be shipped in an unframed, rolled format and securely packed in protective cylinders to help prevent damage during transportation.
We use International Courier Services for shipping.
5. Shipping Charges
- Within India: Delivery is free of shipping charges.
- Outside India: The buyer is responsible for all applicable international shipping and delivery charges.
Any additional customs duties, import taxes, or other charges imposed by the destination country, where applicable, shall be the responsibility of the buyer.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a painting from this website, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
