What to Do If Your Painting Arrives Damaged
If your painting is damaged upon delivery, please follow these steps:

Make a remark on the delivery receipt:
Clearly mention the damage on the delivery sheet or receipt in the presence of the courier company's delivery representative. -
Contact us within 24 hours:
Notify us of the damaged painting within 24 hours of delivery and provide your purchase details. -
Send photographic evidence:
Send clear photographs of the damaged painting to rajibgain073@gmail.com along with your purchase information. -
Return the damaged painting:
The damaged painting must be securely packaged and returned to the address provided by us.
Refund
Once we receive and inspect the returned damaged painting, the purchase price will be refunded within 7 days.
The refund will be processed using an appropriate payment method or bank transfer, as applicable.
Please note that this refund guarantee applies specifically to paintings that are received damaged during delivery and that the above return procedure must be followed.
